Zone 2 - 80cm / 2ft

A selection of rhubarb that produces large green/red stalks that are thick, juicy and excellent for processing or, for that spring tonic, fresh off the plant. Do not harvest till the second year and afterward only harvest for 2-3 weeks to allow later shoots to feed the roots.
